  • 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 3 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 15 halved cherry tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped black olives
Combine ingredients!
Jessica’s Suggestions:
I use half red cooking wine and half balsamic vinegar
I put in a lot more mushrooms 🙂
Olives?  Ick!
It’s better once it sits in the fridge for a few hours, or overnight.  But I would just sprinkle the feta on top when you are ready to serve.  Otherwise it will get all vinegar-y.  (Technical terminology!)

20 oz refrigerated cookie dough

8 oz cream cheese

¼ cup confectioner’s sugar

8 oz whipped topping, thawed

2-3 kiwis sliced

1-2 bananas, sliced

11 oz mandarin oranges, drained

½ cup red grape halves

¼ cup sugar

¼ cup orange juice

2 tbs water

1 tbs lemon juice

1 ½ tsp cornstarch

Pinch of salt

Pat cookie dough into an ungreased 14-in pizza pan.  Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until browned.  Cool.  In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar until smooth.  Fold in whipped topping.  Spread over crust.  Arrange the fruit on top.  In a saucepan, bring sugar, orange juice, water, lemon juice, cornstarch and salt to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until thickened.  Cool, crush over fruit.  Chill.  Store in refrigerator.

6 potatos

3 eggs

1 onion

1 apple

1 can of green peas

1 carrot

3 marinated pickeles

Mayo (by taste)

Boil the potatoes, eggs and carrot.  Cool it down.  Cut everything in small cubes.  Mix it together carefully and refrigerate.  After a few hours, add the mayonnaise.

5 pounds boiled, cooled, peeled potatoes

3 cups Miracle Whip

1 tsp mustard

2 tbsp sugar

1 raw onion, chopped fine

Salt, pepper to taste (approx 1 tsp ea)

5-7 hard boiled eggs

Directions: Combine ingredients, top with sliced eggs and paprika.
