6Tbsp Butter

2 Onions

1 Lg Portabella Mushroom

1/2 Cup Sliced Mushrooms

Medium Cabbage

32 oz Jar of Kapusta

1/2 tsp Thyme

1/2 C Sugar

Salt/Pepper

Lightly Saute’ onions, mushrooms and thume.  Add all ingredients to 9X13 baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 375.

1lb Farmers Cheese

1 egg

1 egg yolk

1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar

Crumble up Cheese.  Mix in Powdered Sugar.  Beat eggs and Blend in.  Put in air tight container and refrigerate  overnight.

10-12 Potatoes

Velveeta cheese (approx ¾ lb)

2 ½ sticks of butter

2 large onions

1 pkg lasagna noodles

Cook potatoes as though you were making mashed potatoes.  Dice onions and saute in butter.  When potatoes are done, use half of the onion/butter mixture and add the cheese (cubed).  You will need to mix it with a hand mixer until it is smooth.  While this is going on, cook the noodles.  Layer the noodles and potato mixture like a lasagna (put a little of the butter/onions mixture on the bottom of the pan to avoid sticking).  Add the remaining butter and onions to the top.  Cover with foil.  Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
