2 lbs ground beef
2eggs
½ cup bread crumbs
2 pkg Lipton Onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom
1 package chopped mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
Mix together beef, eggs, breadcrumbs and 1 onion soup mix. Shape into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil; add onion soup and let simmer 10 minutes. In Dutch oven put mushroom soup gradually adding onion broth and stirring out lumps (use a wire whisk). Add mushrooms and chopped onion. Add meatballs and let simmer 45 minutes.
